Full-Stack MERN Engineer (Remote | Night Shift, International Client)

  • This role is dedicated to a Canada-based client project. Working hours of 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST are mandatory to overlap with the client’s business day. This is not flexible or occasional; it is the regular shift.
  • We are hiring a true full-stack developer: hands-on in production across MongoDB, Express/NestJS, React/Next.js, and Node.js. Experience on only one layer won’t be a fit.
  • Production experience matters. Tutorial, bootcamp, or academic projects alone won’t qualify.

Exposit builds custom software, cloud, AI, and immersive technology solutions for enterprise clients across India and international markets, including Adani, L&T, DP World, Nestlé, and DHL. You’ll join a lean team where your work ships to real clients and its impact is visible.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and ship client-facing web applications end-to-end using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
  • Design REST / GraphQL APIs and data models on MongoDB and PostgreSQL
  • Own features from technical design through deployment and monitoring
  • Write clean, typed (TypeScript), tested, and maintainable code
  • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
  • Work directly with the client team during their business hours
  • Build AI-driven features, automation, and multi-agent workflows

Must-Have

  • Comfortable working 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST on an ongoing basis
  • Strong production experience across the full MERN stack
  • Hands-on with Next.js (SSR/SSG, App Router, API routes) and NestJS (modules, services, dependency injection)
  • Strong TypeScript in React and Node codebases
  • PostgreSQL experience: complex queries, migrations, indexing
  • Experience building multi-agent workflows / LLM integrations
  • Deployment experience on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
  • Git-based workflows and code reviews
  • Clear written communication and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Strong ownership: you ship, take responsibility, and follow through

Good to Have

  • Experience with multi-tenant application architecture
  • Automated testing with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar
  • CI/CD setup with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
  • Docker for local development and deployment
  • Prior experience with US, Canada, or Europe clients or shifts
  • Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
