Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage the team, ensuring SLA, productivity and quality targets are met.
• Manage MIS, reporting and operational dashboards and provide business insights.
• Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and SOP standardisation.
• Act as the business SPOC for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Drive automation, RPA or AI-led process improvement initiatives.
• Develop team capabilities and take on larger team responsibilities as the function scales.
