Technical Lead - Full Stack & Product Engineering

Role Description The Technical Lead – Full Stack & Product Engineering is a full-time, on-site role based in Pollachi. Lead engineering across ERP solutions, web/mobile applications, integrations and SaaS products. Our core business is ERP implementation with Frappe/ERPNext. We need a strong product-oriented engineer who can own architecture, delivery and technical leadership. Deep Frappe expertise is not mandatory; the ability to learn and adopt Frappe quickly is essential.

CORE SKILLS

• Full stack: Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, production web applications, REST APIs, state management, authentication, WebSockets, performance and debugging.
• Backend: Strong experience in Python, Node.js or an equivalent modern backend stack; API architecture, SQL, MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL, background jobs, integrations and security fundamentals.
• Mobile: Strong React Native experience; production Android/iOS apps, API integration, notifications, authentication, performance, debugging and Play Store/App Store releases.
• Product Engineering: Strong product mindset; translate user/business problems into simple, scalable solutions; own features from concept to production; SaaS/product architecture; usability, scalability, technical trade-offs and technical debt.
• Frappe/ERPNext: Ability to quickly learn DocTypes, ORM, Python, APIs, hooks, background jobs, custom apps, client scripting and ERPNext customization. Prior Frappe experience is an advantage, not a prerequisite.
• Engineering: Software architecture, modular design, code quality, testing, security, Git/GitHub, code reviews, Linux, Docker, Nginx, CI/CD and practical AWS/Google Cloud knowledge.
• Leadership: Technical estimation, task breakdown, architecture decisions, mentoring, PR/code reviews, development standards, production troubleshooting and ownership of technical delivery.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years of relevant software engineering experience. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field preferred; strong practical engineering experience may substitute.
