Product Manager – Healthcare RCM Technology

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong healthcare RCM knowledge and product management expertise to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, driving innovation, automation, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Gather requirements from clients and RCM teams, translating them into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify opportunities to optimize front-end and middle-end RCM workflows through automation and technology.
• Define integration requirements for EMR/EHR systems using HL7, FHIR, APIs, and other data exchange methods.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, ROI, and RICE frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, releases, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Leverage AI tools for product research, competitive analysis, documentation, and automation opportunities.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders through requirement discussions, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 3+ years in Product Management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare RCM, particularly front-end and middle-end workflows.
• Experience in product discovery, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and end-to-end product delivery.
• Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, and EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, and product documentation.
• Experience in stakeholder management, competitive analysis, ROI assessment, and feature prioritization.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product management.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred: Product Management, RCM (CRCR), or Agile certifications such as CSPO/PSPO, and experience in healthcare technology or RCM SaaS products
