Job Requirements

  • Work as a Developer/Senior Developer in cloud-native application development using Agile methodologies.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs and solutions.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, GoLang, and AWS.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with customer teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Development, Staging, and Production environments.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
  • Leverage GenAI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity.
  • Design and develop AI-powered agents, automation solutions, and intelligent workflows that deliver measurable business value.

Work Experience

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.
  • Experience in GoLang development with a solid understanding of Go-based application architecture.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including S3, SNS, SQS, and cloud-native application development.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and relational databases (RDBMS).
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications across Development and Staging environments.
  • Good Knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming concepts.
  • Experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • Good understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ messaging platforms.
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and AI/Generative AI solution development.
  • Exposure to additional cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
