Product Manager, OT Cybersecurity
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of our Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity products. You will work closely with engineering, security researchers, industrial automation experts, customers, and sales teams to build products that protect critical infrastructure and industrial environments.
You will own the product roadmap for capabilities such as OT asset discovery, network visibility, intrusion detection, anomaly detection, protocol analysis, threat intelligence, alerting, and integrations with SOC/SIEM platforms. You should understand how industrial environments differ from IT networks, including the importance of safety, uptime, passive monitoring, air-gapped deployments, and low false-positive rates.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for OT cybersecurity products.
- Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and engineering priorities.
- Work with engineering to develop features for industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, IEC 104, IEC 61850, OPC-UA, BACnet, S7, and EtherNet/IP.
- Drive discovery, validation, and launch of capabilities for OT NIDS/NDR, asset visibility, threat detection, risk scoring, and incident investigation.
- Engage with industrial customers across power, manufacturing, oil & gas, transport, and utilities.
- Ensure product design supports on-premise, edge, cloud, hybrid, and air-gapped deployments.
- Partner with SOC teams and security researchers to improve detection quality, reduce false positives, and map threats to MITRE ATT&CK for ICS.
- Support pre-sales, pilots, customer feedback loops, and product demonstrations.
Requirements:
- 6–12 years of product-management, cybersecurity, networking, or industrial-automation experience.
- Strong understanding of OT/ICS/SCADA environments and industrial cybersecurity challenges.
- Familiarity with network security, packet analysis, IDS/NDR, SIEM, threat detection, and incident response.
- Exposure to industrial protocols and standards such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and MITRE ATT&CK for ICS.
- Ability to work with deeply technical engineering teams and convert complex technology into usable customer outcomes.
- Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iterations, customer conversations, and hands-on ownership.
