As a Workday Data and Analytics Senior Associate you will support Workday Human Capital Management implementation and optimization efforts within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, and guide junior team members while using Workday methods and tools to develop deliverables that support HR operations, talent management, workforce planning, and analytics.

In this role at PwC, you will help clients streamline employee experiences, improve decision-making, and align technology with business goals through the broader Digital Core Modernisation and Workforce Technology - Workday HCM agenda. You will also collaborate across teams in a service delivery environment, interpret feedback, and apply critical thinking to navigate ambiguity, maintain professional standards, and grow your technical knowledge and personal brand while delivering work from PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing Workday Human Capital Management data and reporting needs to support workforce planning, talent management, and HR analytics
  • Developing and maintaining Workday Advanced Reporting solutions that translate business questions into clear, usable insights
  • Performing data integration, cleansing, modeling, and validation tasks across HR data sources and reporting tools
  • Reviewing data quality, security, and access considerations within reporting solutions and analytics workflows
  • Supporting implementation and optimization activities for Workday HCM, with attention to process design and downstream reporting impacts
  • Interpreting complex data patterns and presenting findings that help clients improve decision making and employee experience
  • Applying analytical thinking, data visualization, and digital tooling to build practical reporting and analytics deliverables
  • Reviewing assigned work from junior team members and providing guidance on technical approach, accuracy, and issue resolution

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • At least one Workday certification in Prism Analytics, Reporting, Adaptive Planning, or data platforms
  • Demonstrating Workday HCM reporting and analytics implementation experience in client settings
  • Utilizing data modeling, integration, and data quality skills for workforce insights
  • Applying advanced reporting tools to translate business needs into dashboards
  • Mentoring junior team members while managing assigned workstreams and deliverables
  • Adapting quickly to changing priorities and ambiguous client situations
