We’re Hiring | SMM Services Research & Data Manager

• Location: WFH Remote / Hybrid (Ahmedabad)
• CTC: ₹3-6 LPA based on experience and skills

We’re looking for a sharp analytical professional to join our digital operations team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Researching vendors services and competitors
• Testing and comparing SMM services
• Tracking quality pricing margins and performance
• Managing reports data and operational trackers
• Coordinating with vendors and external partners
• Identifying issues and improving processes

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in operations research data or vendor management
• Is strong with Google Sheets & Management Tools
• Has excellent research and problem solving skills
• Is organised detail focused and comfortable with numbers
• Can take ownership and work independently

Bonus:

• Experience with SMM panels or digital service platforms
• Experience with PR Campaigns
• Knowledge of social media platforms and service testing

Degree matters less than your ability to research analyse and solve problems.
