Seclodian develops secure, reliable, and user-friendly technology products. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can contribute to both frontend and backend development while maintaining high standards for security, performance, scalability, and code quality.
About the Role
The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain product features using Golang for the backend, PostgreSQL for data storage, and Next.js for the frontend. You will work with product, design, security, and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and production-ready software.
Responsibilities
- Develop secure and scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
- Build responsive and accessible frontend applications using Next.js and React.
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes, transactions, and migrations.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
- Translate product and UI/UX requirements into reliable application features.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
- Develop unit, integration, API, and frontend tests.
- Diagnose functional, performance, security, and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and release activities.
- Improve application performance, reliability, monitoring, and scalability.
- Work within Seclodian’s existing architecture and reuse established components and patterns.
- Communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers clearly.
Qualifications
- At least two years of professional full-stack development experience.
Required Skills
- Strong backend development experience with Golang.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Strong knowledge of Go conventions, concurrency, error handling, dependency management, and testing.
- Professional frontend development experience with Next.js and React.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with server-side rendering, client-side rendering, routing, and state management.
- Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Experience with database design, SQL queries, joins, indexes, transactions, constraints, and migrations.
- Experience implementing authentication, authorization, input validation, and secure session or token management.
- Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write automated tests and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Understanding of software design principles and application architecture.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with OpenAPI or equivalent API documentation standards.
- Knowledge of OWASP recommendations and secure API design.
- Experience with caching, background processing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with production monitoring, structured logging, metrics, and tracing.
- Understanding of frontend accessibility and responsive design.
- Experience working in an Agile product-development environment.
Security Expectations
- Follow secure development and code-review practices.
- Enforce authentication and authorization on the backend.
- Validate untrusted input at appropriate system boundaries.
- Use parameterized queries and established data-access patterns.
- Protect credentials, tokens, personal information, and other sensitive data.
- Prevent common vulnerabilities such as injection, cross-site scripting, broken access control, and sensitive-data exposure.
- Avoid including secrets or unnecessary sensitive information in logs and error responses.
- Escalate security, privacy, or architectural risks before implementation.
