About the Role
We're hiring a Solutions Architect to lead technical solutioning for medical device and digital healthcare engagements — owning everything from RFP response to regulatory-compliant architecture to account growth. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering depth and client-facing strategy, shaping how we win and deliver complex healthcare technology programs.
What You'll Own
- Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI responses — technical proposal, cost estimation, compliance alignment, and executive summary
- Architect secure, scalable software connecting hospital systems and medical devices
- Drive solutioning across SaMD, Digital Healthcare, and Connected Healthcare programs
- Build and lead a Center of Excellence for regulatory standards across clinical, therapeutic, and cybersecurity domains
- Own account growth and contribute to M&A due diligence for new service offerings
- Translate complex clinical and technical requirements into compliant, deployable architectures
- Represent the company at industry conferences and client forumsKey Skills We're Looking For
- RFP/RFI ownership & proposal-led solutioning
- Regulatory depth — EU MDR, FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, HIPAA, GDPR, IEC 81001-5-1 (cybersecurity)
- SaMD / Digital Health / Connected Health solution architecture
- Medical device domain — Class I/II/III (Diabetes, Cardiology, Neuromodulation, Audiology, or similar)
- P&L / account growth ownership within a medical device practice
- Client relations, technical writing, and executive-level communicationPreferred Background
- Degree in Biomedical/Instrumentation Engineering or related field
- 15–20 years in medical device design, consulting, or solutioning
- Prior experience at a medical device OEM or global engineering services firm (e.g., Medtronic, Philips, Capgemini, Cognizant, eInfochips, GE Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers)
