Role Description The Web Developer role is a full-time remote position responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing SkyeTrip Global Holidays’ web presence. Day-to-day tasks include developing responsive front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating third-party APIs, and ensuring smooth performance across devices and browsers. The Web Developer will collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and travel consultants to create user-friendly booking flows, content pages, and tools that support customized travel planning. The role includes monitoring site performance, troubleshooting technical issues, improving security, and implementing updates based on analytics and user feedback. This position also involves contributing to technical documentation and supporting continuous improvement of the digital customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including building responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming to create, maintain, and optimize server-side functionality.
• Comprehensive Web Development skills, covering integration of front-end and back-end components into stable, scalable applications.
• Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, databases).
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices, website performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in travel, e-commerce, or customer-facing web platforms is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
