Product Owner - Healthcare | AS400 / RxCLAIM

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Represent the end-user/business voice for incoming demand
• Translate business problems into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Define product vision and direction with business and technology stakeholders
• Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize product backlogs
• Drive backlog management, refinement, iteration planning, and release planning
• Partner with Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and other Product Owners
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including refinement, demos, and retrospectives
• Support release management and SOX-compliant deliverables
• Work with business and technology teams on feature sizing and estimation
• • Identify process improvement opportunities through business process/workflow analysis
