Tuning Research is an IIT Kanpur–founded AI services company building production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprises. Our work is deployed across large companies and spans Advanced RAG, agentic workflow automation, document intelligence, video RAG, and SLM fine-tuning.

Open Roles
We're expanding the team behind our agentic AI deployments and hiring across four roles. You'll work closely with the founders and senior engineers on systems that handle real enterprise traffic.
1. AI Engineer (1–2 years)
What you'll do
Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LangGraph
Build and optimize RAG pipelines for production use cases
Work hands-on with Claude and other LLMs to ship real features
Evaluate, tune, and improve model and pipeline performance
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience building with Claude (or similar LLMs)
Strong command of LangGraph and agentic AI development
Proven experience building RAG systems
Good understanding of core ML concepts
Solid Python and backend fundamentals
Backend Developer (1–2 years)
What you'll do
Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs (Node.js/Python)
Design data pipelines and enterprise system integrations
Build the plumbing behind multi-agent workflows: queues, caching, orchestration
Ensure reliability, performance, and security of production systems
What we're looking for
Strong backend fundamentals in Node.js or Python
Solid database experience (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Exposure to LLM APIs or AI-powered systems is a strong plus
Full Stack Developer (1–2 years)
What you'll do
Build end-to-end features, from backend APIs to user-facing interfaces
Develop dashboards, admin panels, and client-facing apps for our AI products
Integrate LLM-powered features into clean, usable product experiences
Collaborate with design and product to ship polished features quickly
What we're looking for
Strong experience either with Wordpress and related extension or with React/Next.js and Node.js or Python
Solid database experience (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Good sense of UI/UX and attention to detail
Experience integrating LLM APIs is a strong plus
Tech Lead (3–4 years)
What you'll do
Own the architecture of agentic AI systems from design to deployment
Lead and mentor a small team of engineers and review code for quality
Translate client and business requirements into technical plans and timelines
Work directly with founders on delivery for enterprise clients
Set engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, and production readiness
What we're looking for
3–4 years of experience building and shipping production systems
Strong backend and system design skills
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks (LangGraph/LangChain)
Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers
Comfortable in client-facing technical discussions
Common to All Roles
Ability to independently own and ship features
Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams
A bias for building real, production-grade systems
Nice to Have
Exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) or frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph
Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), Redis, or vector databases
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP)
Background in startups or fast-paced product engineering environments
