Role Description The Data Analyst role at JMB SKILL CENTER is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajasthan, India. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems and training programs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This role involves performing statistical analysis, building reports and dashboards, and generating insights to support program design, performance tracking, and strategic decisions. The Data Analyst will work closely with management and training teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations, present analysis in clear formats, and support ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators. Routine responsibilities include documenting methodologies, maintaining data models, and contributing to the improvement of data processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, hypothesis testing, and data validation.
• Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and analysis.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R) and visualization platforms (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are important.
• Experience in an educational or training-focused organization and familiarity with KPIs related to learning outcomes are a plus.
