Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Architect / Technical Manager with strong full-stack expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and .NET. The ideal candidate will drive architecture, lead engineering teams, and actively contribute to development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive scalable architecture for web applications
• Hands-on development across frontend and backend
• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers
• Design and build high-performance SSR/SSG applications using Next.js
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD
• Collaborate with product and business teams for solution delivery
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applicationsRequired Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes)
• Backend: Node.js, Python, .NET Core
• Deep understanding of:
• Modern React patterns (hooks, context, state management)
• Next.js routing, middleware, and performance optimization
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs / GraphQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, KubernetesLeadership & Management
• Experience leading engineering teams (5–15 members)
• Strong mentoring, code review, and design review skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
