  • Own the technical solution and provide clear technical direction to the development team.
  • Lead technical discussions and act as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET, React, Azure, and Power Platform.
  • Build integrations between Dynamics 365, .NET applications, Azure services, and external systems.
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements, architecture standards, security, scalability, and maintainability expectations.
  • Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Balance hands-on development with technical leadership.
  • Ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability of delivered solutions.

πŸ”Ή Required Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, plugins, security, integrations, and solution management.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure App Service, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Application Insights.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory and OAuth.
  • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and ALM processes using Azure DevOps.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, OOP, and secure coding practices.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
