- BFSI, Insurance, Banking, Payments, or Lending domain experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Drools and enterprise business rules solutions
- Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring development teams
- Strong solution design and troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into rules
- Customer-facing or consulting experience is an advantage
