T4S Developer
Develop, configure, and support integrations between Siemens Teamcenter PLM and SAP ERP/S4HANA using T4S (Teamcenter Gateway for SAP). Work closely with PLM, ERP, business, and integration teams to ensure seamless data synchronization and business process automation.
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop T4S integrations between Teamcenter and SAP.
- Develop mapping, transfer logic, and workflows for:
- Material Master
- BOM (Bill of Material)
- Document Management
- Change Management
- Classification Data
- Customize T4S templates, workflows, and data transfer services.
- Develop and maintain Teamcenter ITK, BMIDE, SOA, and Active Workspace integrations as required.
- Analyze business requirements and design PLM-ERP integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Prepare technical design documents and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams.
- 3+ years of Teamcenter development experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- T4S (Teamcenter Gateway for SAP)
- Teamcenter PLM
- BMIDE
- ITK
- Workflow Designer
- Active Workspace
- Knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of:
- Material Management
- Engineering BOM (EBOM)
- Manufacturing BOM (MBOM)
- Change Management processes
- Experience in XML, TCL, SQL, and scripting.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter deployment and administration.Preferred Skills
- T4EA (Teamcenter for Enterprise Applications).
- Teamcenter upgrade/migration experience.
- SAP ABAP knowledge.
- Manufacturing or Aerospace domain experience.
- DevOps and CI/CD exposure.Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Mechanical, Production, or related discipline
