Role Description The Data Analyst role at Agentic OrbitX is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with some flexibility for work from home. The Data Analyst will use Python, SQL, and data analytics tools to collect, clean, transform, and analyze complex data sets that support AI-driven automation and intelligent business systems. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining data models, creating dashboards and reports, writing automation scripts, and using tools such as DAV and Claude to streamline workflows and enhance insights. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, interpret business problems, present findings in clear visual and written formats, and continuously improve data pipelines. The Data Analyst will contribute to experimentation, performance tracking, and optimization efforts to support scalable, intelligent operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling to support forecasting, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience with data manipulation libraries, query optimization, and automation scripts.
• Experience working with or integrating AI tools and agents (e.g., DAV, Claude) to automate data workflows and reporting.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and data pipeline/orchestration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
