Program Manager, Enterprise Delivery (US Clients):-

We are hiring a Program Manager with 10+ years of experience delivering projects for US-based enterprise clients, based in Pune or Gurgaon, working in the office three days a week.

About the role:-

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex projects for US-based enterprise clients, working from India with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, QA and client-side stakeholders. This is a senior, hands-on role: you set the plan, run the cadence, keep the client informed with crisp communication, and make sure work ships fast and at high quality.

We are looking for someone who has done this for many years, can speak credibly with enterprise executives, and brings a point of view on how delivery should run.

What you will do:-

  • Own delivery of enterprise client projects from kickoff to closure, accountable for scope, schedule, quality and client satisfaction.
  • Build clear, realistic project plans: work breakdown, milestones, dependencies, resourcing and risk, kept current as the work moves.
  • Run weekly and daily delivery rhythms with cross-functional teams, removing blockers and keeping the work moving at velocity.
  • Produce crisp status reports for US clients and internal leadership: progress, risks, decisions needed and next steps, with no surprises.
  • Spot risks early and escalate them promptly, with a clear recommendation and a fallback, to the right level on both the client and internal side.
  • Hold the quality bar: define acceptance criteria with the team, track defects and rework, and make sure releases meet client expectations.
  • Manage scope and change control, keeping commercial and delivery stakeholders aligned.
  • Work across time zones, with regular overlap with US client teams.
  • Share your point of view on delivery practices, templates and lessons learned to raise the standard for the wider team.

What you bring:-

  • 10+ years of project or program management experience, with a substantial part of it delivering projects for US-based enterprise clients.
  • A track record of running complex, multi-team projects to on-time, on-quality delivery.
  • Crisp written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders.
  • Thought leadership: a clear view on how to run delivery well, and the ability to coach others on it.
  • Strong skill in building clear project plans and keeping them accurate, using tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, business) without direct authority.
  • Disciplined status reporting and a calm, structured approach to escalation.
  • A bias for velocity without giving up quality.
  • Working hours that allow overlap with US time zones.
