Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Applications, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute the digital enablement roadmap in alignment with DHL Supply Chain's overall business and technology strategy.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions to drive operational efficiency, innovation, and business value.
- Strengthen Data & Analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of scalable digital applications and products.
- Drive Intelligent Process Automation initiatives to improve productivity, process efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Lead digital transformation and innovation programs, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI, analytics, automation, and digital solutions can create measurable business value.
- Ensure effective governance, prioritization, scalability, sustainability, and alignment of digital initiatives across the organization.
- Build strong collaboration between business, IT, digital, data, and technology teams to accelerate digital adoption.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to DHL Supply Chain's business and operational environment.
- Establish appropriate performance metrics and dashboards to measure the impact and effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, continuous improvement, and digital-first thinking across the organization.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 12–15 years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI, Automation, Digital Product Management, or related technology domains, with significant experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline from a recognized University/Institute. Postgraduate qualification in Management, Technology, or a related field will be preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Automation, Digital Applications, and Digital Product Management.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business priorities into scalable digital solutions.
- Proven leadership capability in managing complex, cross-functional digital and technology initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks, technology trends, and emerging digital capabilities.
- Ability to build and manage high-performing technology and digital teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle management, governance, and adoption.
- Ability to identify and evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and digital innovation.
- Strong understanding of data governance, technology architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology environments.
