Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Senior Developer – Full Stack & Mobile to design, build and ship features across our Flutter mobile apps, React web apps, APIs, databases, Firebase and AWS. You will own features end to end, from design through release and production support, for products used daily by farmers across rural India.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile & Web Development

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter (Dart) and responsive web apps in React.js.
Turn product requirements and UI designs into clean, reusable and well-tested code.
Optimise app performance, load times and stability across devices and browsers.APIs & Databases
Design, build and document secure REST APIs with authentication, validation, error handling and logging.
Integrate third-party services and external APIs as required.
Design schemas and optimise queries, indexing and data access across SQL and NoSQL databases.Cloud, Quality & Collaboration
Implement Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics).
Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot services on AWS; support CI/CD, releases and production issues.
Take part in code reviews and sprint planning, and support junior developers through reviews and pairing.
Build for low-end Android devices and patchy rural connectivity.Required Skills
Full Stack: Strong hands-on experience building and shipping end-to-end applications.
Mobile (Flutter): Flutter and Dart, with apps published on the Play Store and/or App Store.
Web App (React): React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
APIs: Designing, building and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
Database: SQL and NoSQL data modelling and query optimisation.
Firebase: Practical experience with Firebase services in production apps.
AWS: Hands-on deployment, monitoring and management of AWS cloud services.
Git workflows, debugging and a strong grasp of application security and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Good to Have
Docker, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Push notifications, real-time sync and offline-first mobile apps.
Observability, cloud security and cost optimisation; startup or Agile experience.What Success Looks Like
