Your Role And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable cloud-native applications and platform services.
• Architect and build backend services using Go, Python, Java, or similar enterprise technologies.
• Lead technical design discussions and drive architecture decisions across multiple product teams.
• Develop and maintain solutions on Kubernetes/OpenShift and other cloud platforms.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, security controls, and operational excellence.
• Drive automation initiatives across CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and observability.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on backend and cloud-native development.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Go, Python, or Java.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift, container technologies (Docker/Podman), and microservices architectures.
• Expertise in Linux administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, networking, security, and operational management of large-scale production environments.
• Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud.
• Strong DevOps skills including Git, GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and modern automation practices.
• Strong Linux administration, troubleshooting, and production support experience.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing architecture across large engineering organizations.
• Strong knowledge of container networking (CNI), and container-native storage technologies.
• Experience building highly available, mission-critical cloud platforms and services.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, AI/ML frameworks, and integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Experience with observability tools, monitoring, logging, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor senior engineers, drive innovation, and adopt emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
