Role Description The Associate Product Manager will support the end-to-end lifecycle of Talentlo’s AI-driven hiring products, from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and iteration. In this contract, remote role, the individual will collaborate with product leadership, engineering, design, and data science to refine the product roadmap, write clear product requirements, and prioritize features based on user feedback and business impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing product usage data, conducting user interviews and market research, documenting workflows, and ensuring that product features are delivered on time and align with the company’s vision. The Associate Product Manager will help define success metrics, monitor product performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of the AI decision engine and user experience. The role also involves supporting go-to-market activities through close partnership with customer success and sales.

Qualifications

  • Product management fundamentals: ability to define requirements, manage backlogs, prioritize features, and support end-to-end product development.
  • Analytical and research skills: experience with data analysis, user research, interpreting metrics, and translating insights into product decisions.
  • Technical and AI familiarity: comfort working with engineering and data teams, understanding of SaaS products, AI/ML concepts, and APIs (hands-on coding not required but beneficial).
  • User experience and design collaboration: ability to work with designers on workflows, wireframes, and usability, with a focus on clear, intuitive product experiences.
  • Communication and collaboration: strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of aligning cross-functional stakeholders and documenting decisions clearly.
  • Business and domain understanding: interest in HRTech / recruitment technology, B2B SaaS, and data-driven decision tools; prior experience in these domains is a plus.
  • Organization and ownership: proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, work independently in a remote environment, and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience
