Job Title: Senior Enterprise Architect – Technology Delivery Leader (AI Portfolio)

Overview of the Role:

As a Senior Enterprise Architect and Technology Delivery Leader for the AI Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in leading and orchestrating large-scale, end-to-end delivery of business intelligence, data, and AI solutions for a key strategic global client. This executive position is central to HCLTech’s mission of driving digital innovation and operational excellence, ensuring seamless alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives and client expectations.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Program & Operations Management: Lead multiple complex AI, BI, and Data Engineering projects from inception to delivery, ensuring operational rigor, effective sprint planning, and fulfillment of all contractual obligations. Track and optimize core delivery metrics (Planned vs. Actuals, Defect Density, SLAs).
• Financial & Portfolio Excellence: Take ownership of the portfolio’s financial health, including revenue validation, profit margin optimization, forecasting, and financial governance in collaboration with the Cluster PMO.
• Resource Management: Drive resource fulfillment by partnering with Talent Acquisition and PMO to ensure each project is staffed with top-tier talent, meeting evolving client needs.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary onsite contact for client leadership. Build and nurture strategic relationships, leading Quarterly, Monthly, and Weekly Business Review meetings to ensure transparent communication and alignment.
• Global Team Coordination: Manage large, distributed teams across onsite and offshore locations, working closely with Delivery Managers to ensure 24/7 project continuity and operational excellence.
• Strategic Growth & Innovation: Lead the identification and execution of new AI initiatives, craft compelling business proposals and RFP responses, and articulate technical solutions that deliver tangible business value to clients.
• Executive Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive executive presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

Essential Technical Skills:

• Expertise in GCP MLOps Engineering.
• Deep experience with Generative AI, including deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven client solutions.
• Strong background in data engineering, business intelligence, and AI solution delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in project delivery, including direct implementation of AI technologies.
• Proven track record in technology delivery leadership, managing large technical teams, and overseeing complex project portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, revenue validation, margin optimization, and financial forecasting.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with experience translating strategy into compelling, high-impact presentations.
