About the Role: We are looking for a Python AI Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills along with hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered applications.You will be responsible for developing, integrating, and deploying AI solutions while working closely with engineering and product teams.

Key Responsbilites:

• Develop AI-powered applications and backend services using Python.Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Develop RAG pipelines, including document processing, embeddings, retrieval, and generation.
• Work with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI frameworks.
• Develop REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Integrate AI models and third-party APIs into existing applications.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Evaluate and improve AI model responses, accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Build scalable and production-ready AI workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Python code.
• Debug issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI engineering.

Required Skills: 3–4 years of professional experience in Python development/AI engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
• Good understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with SQL and databases.
• Familiarity with Git and Docker.
• Familiarity with async Python (asyncio) and background job processing (Celery, RQ, or similar)
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Comfort working with ambiguous or evolving requirements
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Qdrant, or pgvector.
• Knowledge of AI Agents / Agentic AI and tool calling.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of CI/CD and cloud deployment.
