Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of application design and development principles.
Experience in configuring software to meet complex business requirements.
Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Familiarity with software lifecycle management and deployment processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Services.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
