AI Automation Engineer (Agentic AI)

You will design and build practical AI tools and agents for our internal teams. This is a hands-on role: you will take a problem like "this report takes two days to assemble" and turn it into a working tool that does most of the job in minutes. You will work closely with our transfer pricing, research and business teams to understand their workflows, then build, test and improve solutions.

The scale is small to mid: useful tools that people actually use every day, not large enterprise platforms.

What You Will Do• Build AI agents and automations that handle research, data extraction, document drafting and review tasks

Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others) into our existing tools and workflows
Design prompts and workflows that give consistent, accurate output, with checks so errors get caught
Connect tools to company data, documents and databases, including retrieval-based setups
Test tools with the teams who use them and keep improving them based on feedback
Document what you build so others can use and maintain it
Keep up with new AI tools and suggest where they could help the business

What We Are Looking For• 1 to 3 years of experience building with LLMs or AI tools (freshers with strong projects are welcome)

Working knowledge of Python (or JavaScript) and APIs
Hands-on experience with some of: LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, n8n, Make, Zapier or similar agent and automation frameworks
Good understanding of prompt design, RAG, tool calling and how AI agents work
Comfort with data handling: spreadsheets, PDFs, databases and basic SQL
Awareness of the limits of AI, including hallucinations, data privacy and confidentiality of client information
Clear communication; able to explain technical things to non-technical colleagues

Good to Have• Exposure to finance, tax, accounting or consulting workflows

Experience with vector databases and basic cloud deployment
A portfolio, GitHub profile or examples of AI tools you have built
