Job Title – Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Location – Mumbai

Work Mode – Work from Office

Experience - 15+ years overall | 10+ years Salesforce

Own and govern the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, covering solution design, integrations, data, security, scalability, delivery governance, and future AI enablement, while aligning the platform with TML Commercial Vehicles (CV) business transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own architecture across Automotive Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Customer 360.
• Define architecture principles, standards, reference patterns, and governance processes.
• Lead integration architecture, Siebel data migration, master data, Customer 360, and Vehicle 360 design.
• Design scalable security, role hierarchy, sharing, and dealer access models.
• Govern solution designs, non-functional requirements, architecture decisions, technical risks, and design approvals.
• Translate business transformation requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions with business, product, data, integration, and delivery teams.
• Establish architecture for analytics, automation, AI readiness, and future Agentforce use cases.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.Required Skills

• Automotive or manufacturing industry
• Dealer Management Systems and large dealer ecosystems
• Siebel-to-Salesforce or comparable CRM modernization

Mandatory

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect Preferred
• Salesforce CTA, Integration Architect or Data Architect
• TOGAF and Salesforce AI / Agentforce certifications
