Product Vision & Execution
Drive the delivery of the unified, Angular-based Consultant Dashboard, integrating Client Services, Tools, Resource Center, Client List, Client Snapshots, Favorite Clients, and User Journeys into a single "pane of glass Align project execution with the overarching goal of minimizing manual data entry and establishing a "Single Source of Truth" for Marsh consultantsMVP Definition & Roadmap Execution
Strictly manage the fixed-price MVP scope boundaries, ensuring focus remains firmly on Phase 1 (Data Ingestion & Baseline Benchmarking) and Phase 2 (Custom Benchmarking & Analytics) without scope creepEnsure delivery aligns with the aggressive project timeline and the specific target milestonesAct as the gatekeeper against out-of-scope requests (e.g., Claims, Opportunity Analysis, GenAI) to protect the agreed project timeline and budget, managing Change Requests when necessaryStakeholder Management & Alignment
Act as the primary interface between the Virtusa delivery teams (BA, Architects, Engineers, UX) and the Customer business/technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Facilitate stakeholder alignment for timely decision-making, ensuring business teams are available for UAT, agile sprint ceremonies, and critical 5-day review windowsCollaborate with the Customer PMO and Technology Delivery Leads to manage risks, blockers, and dependenciesProduct Backlog & Agile Delivery
