AI, LLM & GCP Software Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong expertise in AI, LLM, and GCP to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to AI-driven application development, LLM integration, cloud-native architectures, secure AI deployment practices, and scalable AI platforms built on Google Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications leveraging modern LLM technologies.
• Integrate commercial and open-source LLM APIs into enterprise applications.
• Build agentic AI workflows that enable multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous decision-making.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve AI response quality, reliability, and security.
• Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search techniques.
• Design highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures supporting AI workloads.
• Develop and deploy AI solutions on GCP, leveraging enterprise cloud services and AI platforms.
• Implement AI security, governance, data privacy, and guardrail mechanisms to support compliance requirements.
• Contribute to software engineering best practices including testing, debugging, version control, and application reliability.

• Experience implementing AI security, governance, and data privacy controls in cloud environments.
