Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, improving existing functionality, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliability and security of the platform. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user needs into robust technical solutions. The engineer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture decisions, and help evolve best practices in development and deployment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
  • Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
  • Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
  • Experience with common web technologies and tools (e.g., RESTful services, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks) is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and familiarity with scalable architectures and cloud-based environments are preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of features from concept to deployment is essential.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
