What exactly is the objective of this role?

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Service & Engagement. This role suits someone with around 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

What will be my Key Responsibilities?

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and take part in thoughtful code and design reviews.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and platform teams to turn customer problems into shipped outcomes.
• Use AI coding assistants and agents day to day to ship faster, and help the team raise its AI-first engineering practices.
• Hands-on expertise in Design and develop cross‑platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart. Implement features following MVVM/MVC patterns and clean‑code principles. Optimize performance with appropriate data structures
• Hands-on expertise in algorithms
• Hands-on expertise in and async techniques. Integrate RESTful APIs
• Hands-on expertise in Firebase, third‑party SDKs; ensure secure OAuth2.0 flows, widget
• Hands-on expertise in Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and automate releases.

4+ years software development; ≥2 years focused on Flutter/Dart. Strong problem‑solving ability and solid understanding of data structures & algorithms. Proven experience with MVVM

• Hands-on expertise in MVC
• Hands-on expertise in or comparable architectural patterns. Good grasp of Android & iOS platforms

What will be nice to have?

• Familiarity with Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) experience for platform channels. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of other mobile frameworks (React Native, Xamarin) and comparative analysis. Hands‑on with Firebase, Google Play Services, and and App Store deployment.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency consumer platforms.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs or AI agents.
• Open-source contributions, technical writing, or conference talks.
