Senior MERN Developer (Production Support & Development)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for business-critical applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation and release management.
• Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor application health and proactively address potential issues.
• Support deployment activities and release rollouts.

• MongoDB

Front-End

• JavaScript (ES6+)

• Redux / Context API
• React Hooks

Back-End

• REST APIs
• Microservices Architecture
• Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth)

Database

• Strong MongoDB experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Database design, optimization, stored procedures, and query tuning

DevOps / CI-CD

• Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
• Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
• Automated build and deployment pipelines
• Docker knowledge preferred

Cloud (Preferred)

• Azure / AWS exposure
• Application deployment and monitoring

Production Support Experience (Mandatory)

• Overall 8-10 yrs experience and minimum 3+ years of experience in a production support environment.
• Experience in handling:
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• RCA Documentation
• Defect Resolution
• Production Deployments
• Performance Troubleshooting
• Ability to work on critical tickets and high-priority issues.
