Role: Workday Compensation Lead (Developer)

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Remote/Hybrid

A Workday Compensation Lead manages the end-to-end design, technical configuration, and optimization of Workday Core Compensation module.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Configuration: Lead the technical setup, testing, and deployment of compensation solutions.
  • Stakeholder & Client Advisory: Act as the primary subject matter expert and strategic partner for business leaders and compensation teams, translating business rules into scalable system architecture.
  • Process & Data Management: Oversee legacy data conversion, troubleshoot functional or technical roadblocks, perform root cause analysis, and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work cross-functionally with HCM (Human Capital Management) leads, integration specialists, and product engineers to deliver updates and post-production support.Typical Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years implementing Workday, with at least two full life-cycle implementation.
  • Certifications: Workday Core Compensation or Advanced Compensation certification is a major asset.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of compensation structures, business processes, reporting, integrations, and project management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (such as Human Resources, Business, or Information Systems) preferred.
