Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst with expertise in SQL, Python, statistical analysis, and NLP/Speech Analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience analyzing voice and text data, building meaningful visualizations, and communicating actionable insights to US executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data using SQL and Python.
• Perform statistical analysis, data interpretation, and insight generation.
• Work on NLP projects involving voice, text, speech, and conversational data analysis.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools.
• Clean, process, and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to business leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain and share relevant project work through GitHub repositories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization tools.
• Good understanding of statistical analysis and interpretation.
• Practical experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including voice, text, and speech analytics.
• Mandatory: GitHub profile or project repository demonstrating relevant hands-on work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with US executive-level stakeholders.
