🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions to address business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Work with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Machine Learning, and AI automation technologies.
• Develop and integrate AI models, APIs, and intelligent applications into existing business systems.
• Build and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI agents using modern GenAI frameworks and tools.
• Perform data preparation, analysis, validation, and preprocessing for AI/ML use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate AI/ML model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with Python and relevant AI/ML libraries/frameworks for solution development.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Stay updated with emerging AI, GenAI, LLM, and automation technologies and identify opportunities for their practical adoption.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, test cases, and implementation/support documentation.
• Troubleshoot AI application issues and provide production support when required.

🔹 Required Skills:

✅ 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or AI technologies

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Python

✅ Experience with Generative AI / LLMs / NLP / Machine Learning

✅ Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI application development

✅ Experience working with AI APIs, model integration, and automation

✅ Understanding of data processing and ML model lifecycle

✅ Good problem-solving and analytical skills

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

✅ Ability to work onsite from Kolkata
