🔹 Open Positions and Eligibility

• ️ Senior Analyst: MBA with 3+ years of experience or CA with 2.5+ years of experience
• ️ Supervisor: MBA with 6+ years of experience or CA with 5+ years of experience
• ️ Manager: MBA with 8+ years of experience or CA with 7+ years of experience

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Planning: Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct Monthly Actuals vs. Budget variance analysis to identify margin leaks and cost drivers.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly management decks and automated dashboards for Executive and Board review.
• Cost Optimisation: Audit OpEx and CapEx to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner cross-functionally with business heads (Sales, Marketing, Ops) to drive financial strategy and ROI.

Role Requirements by Level

• Senior Associate: Focuses on data extraction, complex financial modeling, and template maintenance.
• Deputy Manager: Manages department budgets, translates data into insights, and coordinates with internal teams. Strong stakeholder management required.
• Manager: Reviews final forecasts, drives cost frameworks, acts as a key advisor to executive leadership, and leads the FP&A team. Proven team handling and executive stakeholder management are critical.
