About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join ZillOut's Product team. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Operations, and customers to understand real-world problems and help build scalable solutions for the hospitality and F&B industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand customer and business problems and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and basic wireframes.
• Work closely with Design, Engineering, and QA throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, testing, and product releases.
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and operational issues to identify product improvements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Support teams for feature rollouts and feedback.
• Understand APIs, integrations, and system workflows while working on platform features.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a related role.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of the product development and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to write clear requirements and think through workflows and edge cases.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, databases, and integrations is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have

Experience or exposure to hospitality technology, POS, payments, ordering, reservations, events, or related

products would be an advantage.
