Associate Consulting Manager

8+ years of Business Analysis experience working on large business and technology initiatives.

Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, facilitating workshops/JAD sessions, gap analysis, and translating business needs into functional requirements.

Experience leading a team, including resource/work planning, assigning work, managing priorities, tracking progress, providing guidance, and ensuring timely deliverable completion.

Strong Project Management skills with experience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.

Experience coordinating with business and technology teams, tracking project deliverables, identifying risks or delays, and providing regular project status and executive-level reporting.

Proven ability to create process maps, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other business and functional documentation.

Experience working closely with business, development, QA, and other technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, including requirements management, sprint/release planning, UAT coordination and defect management.

Ability to facilitate project meetings, track decisions and action items, manage stakeholder expectations, and escalate risks/issues as needed.

Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar requirements and project tracking tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage with business and technology stakeholders.

Experience in the Insurance domain, particularly Group Life Insurance, is preferred.
