Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Front-End Developer with 2–4 years of experience in developing responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites and web applications.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in React JS and practical experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude AI or Cursor AI to improve development productivity.

Candidates with prior experience working in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Creative, or Web Development Agencies are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, interactive, and visually engaging websites using React JS.
  • Convert UI/UX designs and creative concepts into functional web interfaces.
  • Collaborate with designers, digital marketers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
  • Build and maintain reusable components and optimize front-end performance.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and website accessibility.
  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
  • Use AI-powered coding tools such as Claude or Cursor to accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, and improve code quality.
  • Debug, test, and maintain existing websites and web applications.
  • Work on multiple client projects and deliver solutions within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Front-End Development.
  • Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Practical working experience with Claude AI or Cursor AI is mandatory.
  • Experience with responsive web design and modern UI development.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, Git, and version control.
  • Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
  • Ability to translate creative designs into pixel-perfect web interfaces.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Industry Experience – Mandatory

  • Candidates must have prior experience in the Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Creative, or Web Development Agency domain.
  • Experience working on websites, landing pages, campaign microsites, and client-facing digital projects is highly desirable.
  • Candidates from purely product-based or unrelated industries may not be suitable for this requirement.
