Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project planning, client communication, team coordination, stakeholder management, and timely project delivery. The role requires close collaboration with developers, designers, QA, and other internal teams.

Experience in managing event-based or event technology projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from requirement gathering and planning to execution, delivery, and closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project meetings and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and potential delays.
• Identify project challenges and take timely corrective actions.
• Ensure deliverables are properly reviewed and tested before client delivery.
• Manage client feedback, change requests, approvals, and additional requirements.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, MOMs, task trackers, reports, and client approvals.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure proper project handover and closure upon completion.
• Support teams during critical project launches and delivery periods when required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the IT/software industry.
• Good understanding of the software development/project lifecycle.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project planning, prioritization, and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
• Experience in event-based projects, event technology, or live project environments will be an added advantage.
