Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Fluent

Commerce Order Management System (OMS) to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale

OMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Fluent Commerce OMS solutions.
Configure and customize Fluent Commerce workflows.
Develop scalable API-driven and event-based integrations.
Build integrations with ERP, WMS, payment gateways, CRM, loyalty, and eCommerce platforms.
Develop REST APIs, JSON integrations, webhooks, and asynchronous messaging.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis.
Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
Mentor junior developers when required.

Required Skills

5–8 years of software development experience.
2–3+ years of Fluent Commerce OMS experience.
Strong understanding of OMS and DOM.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations.
Experience integrating ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms.
Strong debugging and Agile experience.

Preferred Skills

Omnichannel retail experience.
Cloud-native or microservices exposure.
Event-driven architecture.
CI/CD and DevOps familiarity.
Production support experience.
