Role OverviewWe are looking for Data Scientists with strong Machine Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) expertise who can independently own projects end-to-end, collaborate with business stakeholders, and build practical AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition and data preparation to deployment, evaluation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate model performance, investigate production issues and continuously improve model reliability.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for retrieval quality, answer correctness and overall solution performance.
• Communicate technical findings, recommendations and business impact clearly to stakeholders.Required Skills
• Strong Python programming skills and practical Machine Learning experience.
• Solid understanding of statistical modelling, feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI and RAG architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot production model failures and improve system performance.
• Experience building and evaluating end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience deploying and monitoring production ML/LLM applications.
• Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and retrieval evaluation.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, hallucination reduction and response grounding.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.Candidate Expectations
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Bangalore, Monday to Friday.
• Must be willing to commit to a one-year contract, with potential extension.
