Technical PM - Business Process Integration & Readiness Lead

Title - Technical PM - Business Process Integration & Readiness Lead (Hybrid BM/PM)

Location - India , Remote

Shift - 3 PM to 11 PM IST.

Role Summary

Serves as a hybrid Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst responsible for requirements, testing, readiness, and business process integration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and validation.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process design sessions.
• Manage project plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate UAT planning, testing, and business readiness activities.
• Develop process documentation and change impact assessments.
• Support organizational change and adoption efforts.

Systems and Integrations Supported

• ERP business processes and workflows.
• Finance, HR, Procurement, Project Delivery, and Reporting processes.
• Data conversion and data quality activities.
• Cross-functional integrations impacting end-to-end business operations.

Required Tools, Platforms, and Technologies

• Visio.
• Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Power BI.
• Requirements management and testing tools.

Desired Experience

• Senior Technical Project Manager with strong BA expertise.
• 8–10+ years of transformation experience.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP.
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA.
• Lean Six Sigma.
• Prosci.
