Job SummaryWe are looking for experienced banking professionals with strong Product / Business / Operations experience in Accounts, Deposits and Core Banking. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of banking products, processes and customer journeys, with the ability to work closely with business, operations, technology and other stakeholders.

Candidates with exposure to Financial Products / Finance processes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on banking products and processes related to Accounts, Deposits and Core Banking.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional/process requirements.
• Work closely with Business, Operations, Technology and Product teams for product/process enhancements.
• Analyse existing banking processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Support product implementation, process changes and system enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain business requirements, process flows, functional documentation and related artefacts.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for requirement clarification, testing, implementation and issue resolution.
• Support UAT, validation and implementation of product/process changes.
• Identify process gaps, operational issues and dependencies and work towards effective resolution.
• Ensure processes are aligned with banking policies, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Provide functional/product expertise during discussions with technology and business teams.Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in the Banking / Financial Services industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in Banking Products, particularly:
• Accounts
• Deposits
• Core Banking
• Good understanding of banking operations, product lifecycle and customer journeys.
• Experience working with Business, Product, Operations and Technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand complex banking processes and translate them into business/functional requirements.
• Finance / Financial Products experience will be an added advantage.Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates from Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs or Banking Technology organisations.
• Candidates with experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Banking Operations or Core Banking.
• Experience with large transformation, product implementation or digital banking projects will be preferred.
