- Loves the ambiguity and figuring it out along the way
- More importantly, can talk to customers day and night and solve the challenges along your way!
- Have worked with Founders and know how crazy shit can get!
- Can think of fresh perspectives and ideas, cos what we are working on, can get super freaky and super new AF!
- Loves obsessing with solving for customers with A/B tests, Growth and what not!
- Preferably from a great pedigree like IIT, but we do agree that mind is the best pedigree of 'em all!
YOU ARE IT IF YOU HAVE:
- Strong Product Management and Product Strategy skills, with experience owning product roadmaps and feature lifecycles.
- Robust Analytical Skills, including comfort with data analysis, experimentation, and using metrics to drive decisions.
- Background in E-Commerce, with knowledge of online customer journeys, conversion funnels, and merchandising or catalog management.
- Experience collaborating with Sales or growth teams to align product initiatives with revenue and customer acquisition goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or a related field;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech or startup environment; familiarity with AI or data-driven products is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and make decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Comfort with on-site collaboration in Bangalore Urban and willingness to work closely with local and remote stakeholders.
