Role Description The SENIOR FULL-STACK ENGINEER / TECHNICAL LEAD – MERN & AI is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications, primarily using the MERN stack and AI-driven components. Day-to-day tasks include architecting scalable solutions, writing clean and efficient code for both front-end and back-end, integrating APIs and data services, and optimizing application performance. The role also involves leading technical decisions, mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating closely with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-impact digital solutions for healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including designing RESTful APIs, managing databases, and ensuring application security and scalability.
• Candidates should possess robust Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and practical exposure to AI/ML integration or related frameworks and services.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, understanding of software architecture and design patterns, and experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a track record of technical leadership or mentoring.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, digital marketing platforms, or data-driven applications, along with knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), is an added advantage.
