Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer & Automation Engineer to design, develop and maintain automation solutions across cloud and infrastructure environments.

The role focuses on infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, CI/CD automation and operational workflows, with integration into ServiceNow to enable automated, approval-driven infrastructure and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement infrastructure automation using Ansible for configuration management and orchestration.
Use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell for Windows, Active Directory and enterprise automation.
Automate end-user support, cloud resource provisioning, infrastructure scaling and remediation.
Develop and integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow, including RITM-based execution and approval workflows.
Integrate automation with monitoring and alerting systems.
Ensure automation solutions are secure, idempotent, well-documented and production-ready.
Troubleshoot automation failures and improve reliability.
Participate in technical design discussions for agentic and AI-assisted automation use cases.
Collaborate with ServiceNow, Cloud, Infrastructure and other technical teams.Mandatory Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in infrastructure or cloud automation.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Development and Automation.
Strong experience with Ansible.
Strong experience with Terraform / IaC.
Experience with Git / GitHub and GitHub Actions.
Strong PowerShell scripting experience.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory automation.
Experience with infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
Understanding of CI/CD best practices.
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles.
Knowledge of enterprise security and access controls.
Experience integrating automation workflows with ServiceNow.Preferred / Good-to-Have
Exposure to SRE or DevOps practices.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
Interest or exposure to AI-driven automation and agent-based systems.Candidate Requirements
Strong automation and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work on production-grade enterprise automation solutions.
Willingness to work from Mumbai or Bangalore.
