Agile Project Manager
Job Requirements
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects in an enterprise environment. The role requires strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and cross-functional delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery objectives are met. Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, QA, product, business, and external stakeholders. Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities, backlog, roadmap, and delivery commitments. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely resolution and escalation. Establish project governance, status reporting, dashboards, delivery metrics, and leadership communications. Manage resource planning, capacity, release planning, delivery forecasting, and inter-team dependencies. Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans. Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, collaboration, delivery quality, and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance, compliance, and SDLC processes. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear visibility into project health, progress, risks, and dependencies. Support change management and effective communication of project priorities and outcomes. Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum project management and technology delivery. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, SDLC, project governance, and delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong experience managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, budgets, and project metrics. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools. Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Understanding of application development, cloud, data, or digital transformation initiatives. Ability to work with senior leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders, and distributed teams. PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification is preferred.
